Role OverviewAt FPT Cybersecurity, cybersecurity is at the heart of everything we do. As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will lead end-to-end cybersecurity initiatives for our key domestic and international clients—ranging from strategic consulting and architecture design to building robust security solutions that safeguard critical infrastructure.

• ResponsibilitiesStrategic Consulting & Design: Lead advisory engagements and architect robust cybersecurity solutions to protect critical information infrastructure, with a strong focus on Data and AI Security.
• Domain Expertise: Provide expert-level technical guidance to build and advance corporate capabilities in Data Security and AI Security.
• Roadmap Development: Define strategic plans and execution roadmaps for cybersecurity capabilities to address emerging security challenges in the AI era.
• Strategic Alliances: Establish and foster partnerships with global technology allies to elevate FPT's leadership position in the cybersecurity industry.
• Product Development: Contribute deep domain expertise to the research, design, and development of FPT's cybersecurity and data protection products.

• RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting, solution architecture, or building protection systems for critical information infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities in complex technical environments.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability & Learning Agility: Proactive, self-driven continuous learner capable of adapting to and applying cutting-edge technologies.
• Nice-to-Have: In-depth domain knowledge or practical experience in Data Security or AI Security is a strong advantage.
