Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via tickets and other online support channels in English.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate customer service tools and processes.
  • Deliver appropriate and effective solutions to customer issues within defined response and resolution timeframes.
  • Document all customer interactions, follow up on cases, and ensure issues are resolved smoothly and accurately.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Strive for high customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support standards.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Comply with shift schedules arranged according to team and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer support or related field.
  • Knowledge or experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Professional business-level communication skills in spoken and written English are mandatory; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and strongly customer-obsessed.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate strong teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts when required.
  • Strong interest and positive attitude toward the cryptocurrency industry.
