Provide timely support to international customers on how to set up and use our Shopify apps effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during app usage.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Provide timely updates on case progress and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Take on additional assigned tasks (if any)
Requirements:
Working hours (UTC+7): Regular shift (Remote): 00:00 AM 4:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday (Start after training is completed). Training period (On-site): 1:15 PM 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
Prior experience in Customer Support/ Technical Support, especially in Technology or E-commerce, is a plus.
Hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Strong skills in communication, time management, and self-management.
