WorkFlow is a flexible workspace provider offering Coworking Space, Private Office, Meeting Room, and tailored workspace solutions for Freelancers, Startups, SMEs, and Corporates.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team and work closely with the Sales Leader to develop new customers and drive Membership revenue.

This is a hands-on sales role, ideal for a proactive and highly ownership-driven individual who enjoys a startup environment and wants to develop a long-term career in Sales.

REQUIREMENS

Must-have

• Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility.
• Candidates with around 1 year of sales/customer-facing experience.
• Good understanding of sales pipelines, sales planning, forecasting, and sales techniques.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Solution-driven mindset with good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Professional appearance, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, competitive, resilient, proactive, and driven by clear goals.
• Able to work under pressure and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects through both face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Able to communicate in English and use English effectively in the workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience in Coworking, Real Estate, Hospitality, SaaS, B2B Services, or Subscription Businesses.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience selling to Startups, SMEs, or Corporate clients.
• An existing network within the business/startup community is a plus.
