Main Responsibilities
- Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)
- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
- Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
- Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
- Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
- Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
- Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Able to communicate in English, especially in listening and speaking skills
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Flexibility to work on shifts.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.
- Proactive at work.
