KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check clients document on company system and process per company policy and within SLA.
- Make outgoing calls to verify clients & do verification tasks on system or on call.
- Follow the process/procedure of Call Center, company and provide good service to ensure clients understand and satisfy with our service.
- Support to other team if required.
- Other task assigned by team lead.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months working experience in Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Telephone & communication skills.
- MS Office & Basic English skill.
- Confident, careful, dynamic.
- Friendly, team work, hard working.
- Be able to work in shift basic is a must.
