Job Descriptions

• Order & Customer Record Management (60%)
• Order Processing: Receive, verify, and confirm new orders and returns. Daily monitoring and reporting of order status.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor allocated stock to ensure orders are fulfilled within available quantities, with a focus on special items (e.g., near-expiry, promotional goods).
• Documentation: Prepare and track necessary documents such as invoices, delivery notes, return notes, and adjustment records.
• Sales Reporting & Information (15%)
• Data Aggregation: Provide reconciled data on promotional programs and monthly reports on returns.
• Product Updates: Distribute updated product information (e.g., out-of-stock items, discontinued products, packaging changes) to sales channels.
• Internal Support: Compile inventory reports and other requested reports for internal departments.
• Customer Data Management (10%)
• New Customer Creation: Create and update new customer codes in the system, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer records, especially for GPP renewals.
  
  

Requirements

• We are looking for a candidate with over 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• The ideal candidate should have a College or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Familiar with MS Office, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to work well under high pressure.
