Job Description

3 shifts and 8 hours/shift.

2-month probation period. Insurance will be purchased after becoming a regular employee

Job responsibilities:

1. Answer questions online for users, answer routine questions, and maintain good and effective communication with users;

2. Effectively handle user complaints, appease user emotions, and maintain the reputation of the company and platform;

Job requirements:

1. Must can speak English, candidates who know Chinese are preferred;

2. Proficient in typing, familiar with basic office software, such as Excel, word documents, etc.;

3. Have good stress resistance and emotional regulation ability;

4. Those with customer service experience in games and payment companies are preferred.

5. Office is in District 7
