Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, friendly, and effective support regarding our products and services. You will play a key part in resolving issues, handling inquiries, and building strong customer relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or social media platforms.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to senior management when required.
Feedback and Improvement
- Collect customer feedback to identify recurring issues or service gaps.
- Share insights with the management team to support ongoing service improvements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address and fulfill customer needs.
Compliance
- Maintain adherence to company policies and relevant industry regulations during every customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate (Bachelor&aposs degree required)
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Must be willing to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka
Compensation and Benefits:
During 3-Month Probation:
- Basic Salary: $850/month
- Meal Allowance: $250/month
- Total Take-Home Pay: $1,100/month
After Probation Period:
- Basic Salary: $950/month
- Meal Allowance: $250/month
- Communication Allowance: $60/month
- Total Take-Home Pay: $1,260/month
Additional Benefits:
- Annual Air Ticket Allowance: $1,950
- Performance Bonuses based on individual contributions and company performance

- Company-provided staff housing or housing allowance, depending on position level
- 1-year working visa provided
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (no public holiday off)
- Rotational Shifts, weekly rotation:
- Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (GMT+5:30)
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (GMT+5:30)
- Shift 3: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (GMT+5:30)
