Role Description
1. Proactive Customer Management & Care:
- Taking care of receiving and handling all customer inquiries through multiple channels.
- Meet and work directly with customers in the Hanoi area to build relationships, resolve arising issues, and increase engagement.
- Advise and guide customers on products, policies, promotional programs, and ordering procedures.
2. Order Coordination & Processing:
- Receive, verify, and track orders to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Accounting, and Sales departments to ensure on-time delivery and complete documentation.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (delivery notes, adjustments, returns, etc.) to support customers and internal departments.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Data Tracking: Monitor, summarize, and analyze data related to orders, sales revenue, and customer feedback.
- Periodic Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding order status, outstanding issues, and overall work efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to provide high-quality assistance and ensure positive outcomes.
- Good Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer management tools is a plus.
