Management Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Management Accountant role based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, handling accruals, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Additional tasks include conducting financial analysis, managing accounting functions, and supporting finance-related decision-making to optimize operational efficiency and performance.

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Accruals
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in financial data analysis
• Solid background in Finance and Accounting principles and processes
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and familiarity with financial regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or export industry is an advantage
