- Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and career development pathways.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to propose competitive reward solutions that align with talent retention and development strategies.
- Leverage AI and Data Analytics to personalize reward experiences, enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
2. Developing & Optimizing Compensation & Incentive Policies
- Construct robust compensation structures, including salary scales, bonus schemes, and commission models, aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Perform AI-driven benchmarking and market surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
- Propose policy enhancements based on deep analysis of performance data, business outcomes, and employee productivity.
3. Advanced Analysis & AI Integration in Policy Research
- Apply AI and Big Data to analyze labor market trends and forecast compensation/benefit shifts.
- Conduct predictive analysis on market competitiveness, turnover rates, and the effectiveness of current reward policies.
- Perform periodic evaluations of policy impact and provide data-driven, AI-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Budget Management & Reporting Systems
- Formulate and manage budgets for compensation, benefits, and rewards, ensuring cost-effective and efficient utilization.
- Provide periodic reports on expenditure and budget effectiveness, proposing timely adjustments when necessary.
5. Training & Internal Communication
- Drive transparent and effective communication regarding reward policies to all employees and business units across the organization.
- Act as a consultant to resolve inquiries regarding salary, bonuses, and benefits, thereby enhancing the employee experience through a holistic reward system.
II. Job RequirementsProfessional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in C&B or Total Rewards are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a C&B Specialist or Total Rewards Team Leader.
Competencies & Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced processing.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, budget management, and strict cost control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven experience in designing and executing internal communication programs.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
