We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a strong ability to resolve issues efficiently. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support they need to enhance their experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and resolve escalated issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other SEA language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
