* High understanding about customs regulations to Work with customers and consult them on requirement and process of government-controlled commodities (Import License/ Prohibited items/ Health products/ Revaluation/ Quality Checking/ Energy Labeling/ Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Checking/ Food Checking/ Animal Testing/ Plant Testing/ Phytosanitary Testing/...)

* Work with local customs to support customers on government-controlled commodities and do customs clearance quickly and properly

* Satisfy customers request while ensuring the policy and compliance

* Submit censorship paperwork & parcels to Department of Information and Communications (ICT) or Department of Culture and Sports to register for inspection and certificate

REQUIREMENTS

University or College degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains

Have knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations, especially on government control items

Knowledge of import / export, Ecus experience is a plus

1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity. Experience from Brokerage agents is a plus

Good computer literacy

Good speaking & writing communication and negotiation skill in VN & English

Hard working, diligent & self-motivated

Able to work under pressure and urgency

Teamwork attitude, problem solving skills and customer care attitude
