Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Điểm danh và bố trí công nhân theo kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện trong chuyền.
- Thúc đẩy, đôn đốc nhân viên để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và năng suất.
- Lấy mẫu ngâu nhiên kiểm tra, đánh giá và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm trên chuyền.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo kỹ sư hay trực tiếp liên hệ bảo trì để hỗ trợ giải quyết.
- Huấn luyện và theo dõi chất lượng cộng việc của nhân viên mới.
- Sắp xếp dây công việc hợp lý, đảm bảo tính cân đối cho chuyền và giảm hàng dở dang trên công đoạn.(WIP)
- Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất trong ca, đảm bảo tỷ lệ tiêu hao ở mức cho phép.
- Bảo quản và quản lý trang thiết bị, dụng cụ máy móc ở khu vực phụ trách.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ sư thực hiện các đề án cải tiến và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Quan tâm, hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn việc thực hiện nội quy công ty cho các thành viên trong nhóm phụ trách.
- Đảm bảo việc chuyển giao ca giữa các ca phải được thực hiệ tốt. các vấn đề phát sinh trong ca cần phải được ghi chép rõ ràng để cá sau không gặp phải.
- Có kiến thức căn bản về SPC, sử dụng SPC để kiểm soát qui trình.
- Ứng viên nội bộ: Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông đến Cao đẳng
- Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng
