Job Description:

  • Daily Operations Support Management: Monitor and provide comprehensive support to the Operations team through effective management of tickets, emails, and group communications via Sea channels. Timely notify the operations team when abnormal issues occur to prevent Operation disturb/impact.
  • Risk Management: Take charge of handling abnormal/ suspicious cases, including but not limited to issues related to damage, risk, fraudulent, and prohibited items. Ensure the compliance and transparency of SPX Operations.
  • Monitoring Delivery/Return journey: Keep a close eye on incorrect flow, ensuring that all processes align with internal operational guidelines. Strong attention to detail is essential for minimizing errors and maintaining a smooth process.
  • Ad-Hoc Issue Investigation: Actively investigate ad-hoc issues as they arise, collaborating with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to report, analyze, and communicate incidents in a timely manner to the Line Manager, ensuring all relevant information is captured and addressed effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in CS/SWAT/Dispute in the field of e-commerce or logistics.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Able to communicate in English is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and communication tools.
