Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Accountant based in Co Bac St., Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Head Accountant will manage and oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing tax reporting and audits, and collaborating with leadership on financial strategy.

Additionally, the Head Accountant will implement measures to optimize financial processes and maintain transparent financial records.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
• Strong proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting
• Experience in preparing financial reports, managing audits, and tax compliance
• Expertise in analytical skills, cost management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus
• Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations is required
