Job Description

Position Overview

  • Transformer Table is hiring a CRO & Lifecyle Specialist to convert the demand the acquisition seat brings in — test, refine and monetize the buying experience, and own lifecycle so a customer is worth more than one order

Mission

  • Make every visit worth more. You own the path from landing to checkout to repeat purchase across all international stores — removing friction, raising average order value, and building lifecycle programs so the traffic the acquisition seat earns keeps paying of

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a continuous experimentation program: hypothesis, test, measure, ship — with a documented backlog and a real test-velocity target
  • Own product page and funnel experience: product detail pages, offers, bundles, merchandising and site search so the path to purchase is frictionless
  • Own lifecycle messaging: welcome, abandoned browse and cart, post-purchase and win-back programs that monetize each visitor more than once
  • Own the international promotional calendar, confirming each promotion aligns with local buying seasons, holidays and pay cycles
  • Grow average order value: bundling, cross-sell, shipping thresholds and payment options adapted per market
  • Partner with the Shopify Operations seat on build specs so tests and site changes ship correctly and never break another store

Critical Must — Professional AI, Agent & Agentic-Workflow experience

  • Non-negotiable: professional, hands-on experience with AI, agents and agentic workflows. You think agent-first — data organized so agents can act on it, tasks fulfilled through agent orchestration, not manual point-and-click. Live build demo in the first interview.
  • Agentic-first data organization: you structure test, funnel and customer data so agents can act on it — clean inputs, schemas, versioning, verified sources
  • Agent-driven task fulfillment: you break optimization work into agent tasks and orchestrate them — analyze → hypothesize → build → verify — with humans at the decision gates
  • Professional AI/agent experience: systems you shipped in a work context, with artifacts — not coursework, not casual chatbot use
  • Evidence bar: bring artifacts (repos, runbooks, agent logs, campaign examples) and expect to rebuild a workflow live during the interview

Localization & Local-Market Mandate

  • You understand that these markets speak different languages and buy differently — local currency, local tax, local delivery expectations and local buying seasons. English-only campaigns are not a recipe for success: you adapt, translate and localize for each market, using translation tools with native speaker review, and you have proven success doing it.
