Job Description
CRM Tactical's responsibility is planning and executing user segmentation campaigns to drive platform growth and optimize marketing efficiency. Main scope of work:
- Plan and execute monthly CRM campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, including BI and Marketing
- Design and test various campaign scenarios using vouchers and promotions tailored to specific user segments to maximize performance
- Utilize the CRM automation platform to streamline campaign workflows and improve productivity
- Report on project scope and make proposals for improvement
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements
- Experience in campaign execution and project management
- Experience with CRM is preferred: Familiarity with CRM framework, cohorts, and segmentation (by regions/loyalty tiers/etc).
- Data-driven and demonstrated analytical mindset
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with creative briefing is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
