What You Will Do
Social Marketing Campaign Operations Support:
- Assist in setting up and delivering campaigns, focused on engagement initiatives in-app and on social channels
- Support in content production across social media platforms, email, and web channels
- Monitor campaign performance, assist users&apos inquiries, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Design, monitor, and enhance the support flow for customer enquiries on Social media channels
- Collect feedback and raise issues from customer inquiries to enhance support flow
Partnership & Cross-team collaboration
- Support in report generation and consolidation with partners
- Support project coordination and meeting preparation
- Help troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
What We&aposre Looking For
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in product marketing/marketing operations, or a similar scope, is preferable. Fresh graduates with proven experience in school projects are also welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and platforms.

Contract Details:
- 2 weeks probation, then 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion
