Job Description
The Creative Manager owns ZMVN's content engine end-to-end, serving as both the chief creative strategist and operational lead for the marketing organization's largest team. This role is responsible for turning complex, potentially dry financial and CFD trading concepts into high-converting, viral, and culturally relevant social media content.
Beyond brand-building, this position treats content as a primary acquisition driver. You will build scalable content SOPs, mentor a 4-person team, track funnel performance, and advise the Head of Marketing on creative strategies that drive both brand affinity and measurable user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Innovation & Thunderbolt Content: Actively monitor cultural, social, and financial trends to produce breakout, high-impact content (thunderbolt content). Transform complex financial mechanisms (FX, commodities, indices, technical analysis) into viral, engaging, and digestible formats across video, visual, and written media.
- Growth & Conversion Integration: Align content strategy with growth marketing goals. Optimize content assets across the funnel to improve click-through rates (CTR), lead generation, and user acquisition, ensuring creative output directly supports conversion metrics.
- Content Engine & SOP Management: Establish, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content production, briefing, review, asset handoff, and risk/compliance approvals. Ensure seamless coordination among written, social, and video tracks.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Manage, coach, and upskill a 3-person creative team (Financial Copywriter, Social Media Specialist, Social Media Executive). Set clear KPIs, track team velocity and output quality, and foster a culture of creative experimentation.
- Strategic Advisory to Head of Marketing: Analyze weekly content performance, channel metrics, and trend reports. Provide data-informed recommendations to the Head of Marketing to optimize resource allocation and campaign performance.
- Editorial Line & Brand Defense: Maintain brand integrity, tone of voice, and financial/regulatory risk-disclosure accuracy across all published materials without sacrificing creative spark or speed to market.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 5–8 years in content marketing, creative strategy, or brand leadership (Fintech, high-growth tech startups, e-commerce, or creative agency background handling finance/tech accounts preferred).
- 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of setting up team workflows and SOPs.
- Proven portfolio of trend-driven, high-performing social campaigns that achieved viral reach and measurable user acquisition/conversion.
- Skills:
- Trend-Jack Mastery: Exceptional ability to identify emerging social trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, meme culture) and adapt them instantly for financial audiences.
- Growth-Oriented Analytics: Ability to read content performance data (CTR, engagement rates, conversion paths) and iterate creative strategy accordingly.
- Operational Leadership: Skilled in building SOPs, managing multi-channel editorial calendars, and balancing speed with compliance.
- Bilingual Capability: Native Vietnamese fluency with professional working proficiency in English (for aligning with HQ guidelines and reporting).
- Mindset:
- Growth & Performance Mindset: Views content not just as dynamic storytelling, but as a core driver of business acquisition and ROI.
- Fearless Creative + Brand Guard: Bold in creative risk-taking on social channels, yet disciplined in protecting financial accuracy and compliance standards.
- People & Systems Builder: Passionate about establishing structure, mentoring craft-diverse team members, and building a sustainable content engine from the ground up.
