As the Creative Design Lead at Be Group, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality creative assets, including static graphics, motion designs, and video content. You will lead a team of designers to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives while staying ahead of design trends.
Responsibilities
- Ability to take an idea from concept to wireframe to prototype to production.
- Create artworks and videos as per the project requirements.
- Lead, and oversee the creative team in production of all static and video creation.
- Should also understand design and recognize fresh approaches to production.
- Should be aware of current trends, look at new data and keep with the times.
- Collaborate with the team to obtain knowledge of the requirements, direct and drive teams to deliver projects as per the timeline.
- Review and approve art developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
- Monitor results of team efforts and drive the team towards project closure.
- Deliverables includes graphics, illustrations, motion graphics and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in developing creatives with in-depth knowledge of motion and graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in driving and applying audience-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product design and user research.
- Hands-on experience with image and video editing software, such as, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Proficient in using storyboards to effectively convey ideas and showcase concepts.
