What youll do
- Design visual concepts and creative assets that bring our campaigns, events and sales materials to life.
- Translate complex ideas (likeagentic banking) into clear, engaging visuals, animations and demos.
- Create motion graphics and videos for product launches, explainers and social media.
- Craft visually powerful presentations for sales and thought leadership.
- Enhance and evolve our visual identity and brand guidelines, keeping our look & feel modern and distinctive.
- Contribute to brainstorms with our marketing team to define the best visual strategies for campaigns and initiatives.
- Use AI-powered creative tools (such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate and enrich your design and content creation process.
- In addition to the marketing team, collaborate closely with sales and product teams to deliver high-quality visual content quickly and effectively.
You are:
- A versatile creative, equally passionate about static visuals and video/motion design.
- Deeply interested in social media trends, creative performance, and what makes content engaging.
- Detail-oriented, innovative and a natural storyteller, always looking for ways to elevate the work.
- Proactive and self-driven. You dont wait for briefs, you spot opportunities and make things happen.
- A collaborative team player, working seamlessly with copywriters, UX designers and marketing colleagues.
- Curious and adaptable, eager to experiment with new formats, channels and creative tools.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a visual or motion designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proven expertise in Figma, WordPress and creating mobile-first designs.
- Strong experience with motion graphics and animation, including using tools such as After Effects.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Hands-on experience using AI-based creative tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT) to generate and enhance visuals, videos, or concepts.
- Experience creating impactful presentations (e.g., in PowerPoint and Google Slides).
- Creative, forward-thinking mindset and the ability to independently take ideas from concept to delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, professional, innovative and AI-augmented design work.
- Experience in the FinTech domain is a plus.
