Job Description

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary: VND 100–150 million/month

Working schedule: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies for Vietnam.
Take ownership of overall P&L, budgeting, and business performance.
Drive business development, client acquisition, and senior-level negotiations.
Lead and develop teams across Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Oversee project performance, resource allocation, and quality.
Work closely with overseas headquarters on business strategy and reporting.
Improve organizational efficiency, workflows, and team capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.
10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
At least 3 years in a Branch Manager, Country Manager, or senior company leadership role.
Strong experience in business management, P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Solid understanding of architectural design and the ability to guide technical teams.
Upper-intermediate English or above.
Strong leadership, business development, and client negotiation skills.

Preferred

Experience in large-scale architectural design and supervision projects.
Japanese language skills and experience working with Japanese headquarters.
