Cost Control Specialist

Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Receive and analyze business information; propose appropriate selling prices and pricing policies by product and market; calculate purchase costs, expenses, profit margins, and overall business performance.
• Monitor and control partner/brand support programs, inventory levels, sales plans, orders, production, and payment status by product.
• Analyze business-related costs, including price incentives, marketing, transportation, warranty/maintenance, taxes, administrative expenses, and general management costs; propose appropriate cost norms and allocation methods.
• Participate in developing sales and pricing policies for specific customer segments, including price incentives, bulk sales, and commercial programs.
• Review fixed costs, variable costs, and costs incurred at each stage of production; coordinate in proposing appropriate selling prices and effective commercial policies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor and analyze international transportation costs by market and order, ensuring business efficiency and competitiveness.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in production cost accounting. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost structures, with the ability to analyze and control material costs, labor costs, and other expenses; capable of risk control and mitigation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting skills, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment.
