Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investment, partnership, JV, and M&A opportunities across Asia Pacific markets.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models, valuation analyses, investment cases, and transaction materials to support investment decisions.
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including screening, business case development, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, signing, and closing.
- Coordinate commercial, financial, legal, tax, operational, technical, and ESG due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Assess investment risks, returns, synergies, and value creation opportunities across potential transactions.
- Prepare investment recommendations and present transaction updates to senior management, executive leadership, and investment committees.
- Support post-acquisition integration planning and monitor investment performance against approved business objectives.
- Contribute selectively to corporate strategy initiatives, market assessments, and growth planning exercises.
- 5-10 years of experience within Investment Banking, Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, or Corporate Development.
- Demonstrated track record executing M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, or partnership transactions from evaluation through closing.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, and investment analysis capabilities.
- Hands-on experience managing due diligence work streams across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and tax disciplines.
- Exposure to cross-border transactions within Southeast Asia or broader Asia Pacific markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, management teams, advisor, and external partners.
