iTeach English is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our founding team as Co-Founder & COO.

This is not a traditional executive role. You will become a key builder of the company — helping transform an established education business into a scalable, technology-enabled English learning ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who wants to build, own, and grow — not simply manage.

Unlike many early-stage startups, iTeach English already has a proven foundation:

• Established parent and student relationships

• Strong understanding of customer needs

You will not start from zero.

You will join a business with an existing foundation and focus on accelerating growth.

The company has invested in building the operational infrastructure required for scaling.

• Business processes and SOP frameworks

Your mission will be to:

Basic Salary Range: 10,000,000 - 20,000,0000 (increasing year on year)
