Job Title: Contract & Commercial Specialist

Job Description:

Support the Contract/Commercial team in tender review, contract preparation and negotiation, contract administration, and coordination of procurement, logistics, delivery, payment and contract close-out activities, ensuring that contractual commitments are properly followed and projects are executed in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender & Contract

  • Support review of tender documents, commercial T&C and identify key contractual risks.
  • Support preparation, drafting and negotiation of Contracts, POs, LOAs, Amendments and related documents.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, milestones and contract execution.

2. Contract Execution

  • Follow up supplier/client obligations, delivery schedules and outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate supplier payments, payment dossiers, LC and bank guarantees.
  • Monitor and follow up contract variations, claims and other contractual matters.

3. Logistics & Delivery

  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, forwarders and customs brokers for international/domestic transportation, customs clearance and delivery.
  • Check shipping, commercial and customs documents.
  • Follow up goods delivery, inspection, receiving and handover.

4. Client Payment & Close-out

  • Prepare and coordinate submission of payment/acceptance dossiers to Client.
  • Follow up Client invoicing and collection.
  • Coordinate reconciliation, final settlement with Client/Suppliers and contract close-out.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Technical, Legal and other relevant departments.
  • Prepare contract/project status reports and follow up outstanding actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commercial, Law, International Trade, Logistics or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract, commercial, procurement or project coordination.
  • Good understanding of contracts, Incoterms, LC, import/export and logistics.
  • Good English communication and contract/document review skills.
  • Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, engineering or industrial equipment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management tools
