Content Specialist (Vietnamese, Danang-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine articles, blog posts, website pages, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and other corporate content.

• Use AI tools to support content creation, review AI-generated content, and correct technical or factual inaccuracies.

• Work with technical and SEO specialists to gather information and develop accurate, reader-friendly content briefs.

• Coordinate content reviews with subject-matter experts and incorporate feedback before publication.

• Review content drafts from internal contributors and freelancers to ensure quality and consistency.

• Maintain the monthly content plan and task tracker, ensuring timely content delivery.

• Ensure all content meets Plain English standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Track and report content progress and performance to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, editing, or content marketing

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate language, structure, accuracy, and clarity.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Kimi in daily work.

• Able to work independently in an office-based environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

• Willingness to learn about telecommunications and data center infrastructure.

• Experience in B2B, technical, SaaS, IT, or telecom content is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SEO content structure, Plain English, or working with subject-matter experts is a plus.
