Understand and enforce Shopee Content Policies
Develop operational strategies and ensure a smooth workflow by forecasting video supply and adjusting agent workforce management as needed
Monitor team performance (KPI, QA score) and address issues promptly
Support training and onboarding for new agents, ensuring agent accuracy and understanding of current or updated policies
Provide insights into root cause of issues on productivity and quality accuracy and propose appropriate solutions for both the short term and long term
Raise concerns regarding high-impact issues without delay

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, with 1-3 years of experience in a small team lead role or a relevant field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer inquiries
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Familiarity with Excel, able to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP
