Job Description

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Assist in creating and publishing marketing content across LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research related to recruitment technology and career development.
• Assist in community communication and engagement activities with student communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across content and communication channels.
• Collect and organize user feedback to support product and marketing improvements.
• Track basic content performance metrics and prepare simple reports.

Requirements

• Third- or fourth-year undergraduate students, recent graduates, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
• Interest in AI, HR technology, digital marketing, or the future of work. Previous internship, project, or extracurricular experience in marketing or content creation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Open to feedback and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Basic English reading and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and digital communication tools.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

Flexible working hours are available to accommodate your class schedule.
