Role Overview
Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Lead to help shape the voice and narrative of STEAM for Vietnam across all channels. From press releases to taglines, from email campaigns to program promotionsyou will be at the heart of how we tell our story to the world.
This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands brand tone, and can manage content production from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a content strategy that communicates our mission, programs, and impact across digital platforms.
- Craft compelling content includingbut not limited totaglines, email marketing, press releases, landing page copy, and campaign messages.
- Work with the design, event, and social media teams to ensure content is on-brand and aligned across platforms.
- Build and manage a small team of writers and contributors, and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain a clear, consistent voice across all content while adapting tone and style for various formats and audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese (preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content planning.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging messages.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Bonus: experience working with email platforms (Mailchimp, etc.), PR/media writing, or SEO.
