Content Creator- Vietnam

As we expand our portfolio in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, we are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to bring our brands to life through engaging digital storytelling and impactful visual content. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content across digital platforms to strengthen brand awareness, support pre-opening marketing activities, and showcase the unique experiences offered by our hospitality concepts in Phu Quoc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality visual content featuring food, beverages, venues, events, guest experiences, and lifestyle moments.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with each brand's identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Support pre-opening marketing campaigns, launch activities, promotional events, and ongoing venue marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to identify content opportunities and capture authentic hospitality experiences.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging formats, and digital content best practices to keep the brands relevant and engaging.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and high standard of content across all digital channels.
• Organize and maintain a library of photographs, videos, and other digital assets.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Ensure all content reflects the quality, positioning, and personality of each hospitality concept

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar creative role.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, lifestyle, or luxury brands is highly preferred.
• Strong photography, videography, video-editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and current digital trends.
• Ability to produce engaging content in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and special events when required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content creation work is required.
• Good command of English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
