CONTENT CREATIVE (ONLINE CHANNELS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Develop creative ideas and produce content for online channels: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Website, and E-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada if applicable).

·      Write engaging content including captions, posts, video scripts, PR articles, and blog content aligned with brand guidelines.

·      Collaborate with the Design/Video team to produce visual and video content (Reels, TikTok, short-form videos).

·      Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars for marketing campaigns.

·      Stay updated with trends and propose new ideas to increase engagement and brand awareness.

·      Monitor and optimize content performance based on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion).

·      Work closely with the Ads team to optimize content for paid campaigns.

·      Contribute to concept development for digital marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

·      1–2 years of experience in Content, Creative, or Digital Marketing roles.

·      Strong writing and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.

·      Good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

·      Experience in video scripting is a plus.

·      Familiarity with basic tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing software is an advantage.

·      Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

SALARY: NEGOTIATE (12.000.000 18.000.000 gross)
