Job Description

This role is primarily focused on QA/QC, with an added creative layer. You will test II-Agent across real user journeys, identify bugs, edge cases, broken flows, unclear outputs, and product inconsistencies, and work closely with the team to improve quality before release. Beyond testing, you will also contribute from a user perspective by suggesting practical product improvements, creating prompts and content for showcasing II-Agent, and supporting visual content for marketing when needed.

The Responsibilities

  • Perform QA/QC testing across key product flows, features, and user journeys
  • Identify bugs, broken experiences, unclear outputs, usability issues, and inconsistencies
  • Review our products from a user perspective and suggest practical improvements and new features
  • Brainstorm creative ideas to improve the product experience, use cases, and feature set
  • Write prompts, demos, feature explanations, tutorials, and other content to support product and marketing needs
  • Create and refine content that communicates II-Agent features in a clear, engaging, and user-friendly way
  • Write prompts, demo scripts, feature explanations, and simple content to support product communication and marketing
  • Stay up to date with current AI tools and products, and bring relevant ideas and inspiration back to the team
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to improve both product quality and product storytelling

The Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of product quality
  • Experience or strong interest in QA/QC, product testing, bug reporting, and usability review
  • Ability to think through user journeys, edge cases, and failure scenarios carefully
  • Good understanding of current AI tools and products such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Higgsfield, Replit, CapCut, Freepik, or similar tools
  • Experience using AI tools for prompting, testing, content creation, or product explorati
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable feedback in English
  • Basic to intermediate skills in image and video editing for simple marketing or demo support
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Experience in QA testing, product operations, product support, or product market
  • ingFamiliarity with bug tracking tools, test case writing, release testing, or product documentation
  • Experience testing AI products, chat products, agent workflows, or LLM-based applications
  • Experience creating short-form product videos, tutorials, or demo content
  • Interest in AI agents, automation, and emerging creative tools
  • Experience working with startup products or early-stage teams
