Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Thi Bnh. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects, managing budgeting, ensuring project compliance, and liaising with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, conducting site inspections, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Thi Bnh
