Construction Manager

. Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.

. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

. Supervise site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

. Monitor project progress and resolve construction issues promptly.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

. Relevant construction management experience.

. Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards.

. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

. Good organizational and time management skills.
