Construction Project Manager

. Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

. Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction project management experience.

. Knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.

. Good organizational and time management skills.

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
