Job Description

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS STAFF (Order Management)

Salary: up to 22 mil gross

Location: 1 Dao Duy Anh, Kim Lien, Hanoi

Working Time: Mon – Fri

Contract Term: 8 months (expect to onboard from beginning/middle of Nov)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Commercial Officer (Order Processing)

Contract management including order processing in SAP, coordinate with Logistics to ensure contracted delivery time
Order management processing
Follow-up delivery time with vendor/factory
Orders documentation control
Prepare the payment for Company Affiliated
Warranty claims (from customers) follow up
Other commercial administrative tasks required by direct manager

Logistics Support

Coordinate with Logistics and relevant stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual commitments.
Follow up on delivery schedules, shipment status, and material availability, and promptly escalate potential risks or delays.
Support documentation and follow-up for transport damages, claims, returns, and alternative delivery arrangements.
Ensure logistics activities comply with import/export procedures and customs requirements.

Reporting Support

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
2+ years of experience in Order Management, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain.
Good command of English
Familiar with finance tasks and logistics
Knowledge of SAP or ERP or other systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Have basic knowledge of Incoterms, finance/accounting/tax is a plus
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
Clear internal communication skills and collaborative working style.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and manage multiple tasks
