Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to partner with Commercial and business teams to drive profitable growth and optimize cash flow across Tiki's retail business.

This role will focus on translating business performance and financial data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, margin, working capital and cash efficiency, and supporting key commercial decisions through financial analysis and business modelling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Profitability & Commercial Finance
• Own and analyze business P&L performance across revenue, COGS, gross margin, commercial investment, operating expenses and contribution profit, identifying key drivers and profit improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement and Marketing teams to evaluate pricing, promotion, commercial investment and supplier terms and their impact on profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support key business decisions, including new business opportunities, category/brand expansion, commercial initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify profit leakage and drive initiatives to improve margin, cost efficiency and return on investment.
• Monitor business performance against budget/forecast and provide clear recommendations to management.
• Working Capital, Cash Flow & Financial Planning
• Partner with Commercial and Procurement teams to optimize working capital and cash conversion, with a particular focus on inventory investment, supplier terms and payment cycles.
• Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts, identify potential cash risks and recommend actions to improve cash efficiency.
• Analyze the financial impact of business decisions on cash flow and working capital, ensuring growth is balanced with healthy cash generation.
• Lead/support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting, including financial modelling, scenario planning and variance analysis.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in profitability, working capital and cash flow.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Management Accounting or a similar role; experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or distribution is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, working capital and financial modelling, with the ability to connect financial performance with business drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools or SQL is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
