Position: Commercial Associate (eCommerce)
This role is opened to support new client onboarding and business expansion for clients eCommerce portfolio, focusing on snack and FMCG categories across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily commercial operations for Mondelez eCommerce stores across marketplaces
Coordinate campaign planning, promotion setup, and platform KAM alignment
Track sales performance including GMV, NMV, traffic, conversion, and SKU growth
Monitor stock availability, pricing, and campaign readiness for snack portfolios
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and client-facing business updates
Identify growth opportunities by SKU mix, bundle strategy, and promotional mechanics
Work cross-functionally with operations, media, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth execution
Support category growth for snack and FMCG portfolios
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce commercial or marketplace operations
FMCG background is preferred, especially snack, confectionery, or fast-moving categories
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystem
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external client stakeholders
Fast learner with strong ownership mindset in new business setup
