Collection Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding training for new collection staff (Desk and Field )
• Deliver refreshment training on collection processes, scripts, compliance, and soft skills
• Update Training material based on process changes or QC findings
• Provide regular feedback to Team Leaders for coaching
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager
• Coordinate with Product and Internal Tool teams to enhance training materials and training program

Requirements:

• Have strong interest in financial technology industries, especially in Collection
• Very good Presentation Skill
• Good writing skills
• Excellent Communication
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-suite (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.)
• Effective coaching, facilitation, and team building skills
• Speak fluent in Vietnamese, English is mandatory
• Should be experienced in creating training materials for various topics (new updates / feedbacks / refreshment / process & policy content, etc.
