KingHor Supply Chain is a leading international freight forwarding provider specializing in door-to-door FCL (Full Container Load) shipping services from China and Vietnam to the United States. We offer end-to-end solutions including ocean freight, U.S. customs clearance, and final-mile delivery. As we expand our footprint in Vietnam, we seek a dynamic Co-founder to build and lead our local operations from the ground up.
Your Mission
As a Co-founder and Country Manager , you will spearhead our Vietnam market entry by establishing the entity, building high-performance teams, and driving revenue growth through localized sales strategies. You will own P&L responsibility and shape the future of our Vietnam-US logistics corridor.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Vietnam-origin FCL services to the U.S.
- Acquire and retain key clients (exporters/manufacturers) through tailored solutions.
- Lead market research, identify new opportunities, and convert inquiries into contracts.
- Organize and represent Junhao at local logistics exhibitions and trade events.
Operations & Risk Management
- Optimize end-to-end workflows (Vietnam pickup U.S. door delivery).
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service excellence.
- Mitigate operational risks (customs, cargo security, compliance).
Team Building & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage Vietnam-based sales and operations teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a results-driven culture aligned with company values.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with HQ to align Vietnam operations with global objectives.
- Provide market intelligence and growth insights to the CEO.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1-3 years in freight forwarding/logistics (Vietnam market experience required ).
- Native Vietnamese fluency + Professional Chinese proficiency (verbal/written).
- Proven ability to build teams and scale operations in startups.
- Strong grasp of FCL processes, INCOTERMS, and U.S. customs regulations.
Preferred
- English fluency for international stakeholder communication.
- Existing network in Vietnam manufacturing/export sectors.
