Civil Supervisor

Location: Project sites in Tuyen Quang or Yen Bai, Vietnam

Number of Vacancies: 06

Salary: VND 15,000,000–30,000,000 per month, excluding bonuses.

Role Description The Civil Construction Supervision Engineer is responsible for supervising civil construction activities at project sites to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical standards, project schedules, and quality, safety, security, health, and environmental requirements.

Success in this role means maintaining effective control over construction quality and progress, identifying and addressing site issues in a timely manner, and coordinating effectively with contractors and relevant stakeholders to support the successful delivery of PECC2's energy projects.

• Review and provide technical input on construction methods, inspection and acceptance plans, and field-testing procedures.
• Supervise and control construction quality in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable technical standards.
• Monitor and update construction progress against approved schedules and promptly report potential delays or risks.
• Inspect contractors compliance with quality, safety, security, health, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, acceptance activities, and the resolution of technical issues arising during construction.
• Maintain structured site records and databases and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

• College or university degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Geotechnical or Foundation Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Bridge and Road Construction, Industrial and Civil Construction, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant site supervision or construction experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of thermal power plants, nuclear power projects, or power plant auxiliary systems is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, including technical reading and writing; IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyse information, develop work plans, and coordinate implementation.
• Strong teamwork, independent working, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
• High integrity, responsibility, willingness to learn, and commitment to long-term development with the Company.
• Willingness to work at project sites and outside standard working hours when required.
• Availability to commence work in Quarter IV of 2026.
