Job summary

Support the delivery of CIO Advisory engagements for enterprise clients, with a focus on assessment-driven workstreams: IT due diligence, application/security assessment, system/vendor selection, post-merger IT integration, and data protection compliance assessment.

For the current engagement, priority will be given to candidates with hands-on IT Due Diligence / ERP or system assessment experience, as this is the immediate deployment need.

Main duties

• Support or lead assessment and advisory workstreams, with immediate focus on:

- IT Due Diligence (system, organization, and vendor/contract assessment) - primary focus for current staffing need

- Application and security assessment

- System / Vendor selection support (requirements definition, evaluation criteria, RFP support)

• Extend into adjacent assessment-driven workstreams as engagements require:

- Post-Merger Integration (IT organization and systems integration assessment)

- Data protection / compliance assessment

• Design assessment or engagement approach: information requests, interview plans, and evaluation criteria appropriate to the engagement type
• Conduct structured analysis against relevant frameworks or benchmarks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 25010, or engagement-specific criteria); ensure evidence-based, root-cause-level findings rather than surface observations
• Develop prioritized recommendations, roadmaps, or action plans tailored to client objectives
• Prepare client-facing deliverables: assessment reports, findings/gap summaries, executive presentations, progress reports, meeting minutes
• Engage directly with client stakeholders across management and operational levels; present and defend findings under scrutiny
• Track and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to the Project Manager

Requirements

Must have:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT/management consulting, IT audit, or enterprise IT advisory
• Hands-on experience in IT due diligence, ERP, or system/application assessment is strongly preferred given the current engagement need
• Strong analytical skills: gap analysis, root-cause analysis, structured report and roadmap writing
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops at management and operational levels
• Adaptability to work across different assessment-type engagements and industries
• High fluency of English

Nice to have:

• Solid understanding of card lifecycle: application issuance activation transaction processing billing repayment closure.
• Familiarity with card products: credit limits, interest calculation, fee structures, billing cycles, minimum payment rules
• Experience in post-merger integration or regulatory/compliance assessments (e.g., data protection)
