Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, responsible for leading the company's overall technology vision and execution. This role oversees the design, development, and delivery of software products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. The CTO will define and drive IT strategy and architecture, set technical standards, and guide the adoption of new technologies that support scalable growth and innovation. On a day-to-day basis, the CTO collaborates with product, sales, and operations teams, manages technical roadmaps, and supervises project delivery to meet quality, security, and performance requirements. The role also includes building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, optimizing development processes, and representing the technology function in executive discussions and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Software Development, including hands-on experience with modern technologies and frameworks, and the ability to guide engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, with a track record of designing scalable, secure, and robust systems that support business growth.
• Experience in Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Expertise in Product Development, from concept to launch, including defining product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing user experience.
• Proven leadership experience in senior technology roles, ideally as CTO or equivalent in an IT services, software, or digital solutions environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact.
• Experience working with global clients or international markets (APAC, Japan, Europe, US) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
