In the newly created role as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at GTech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales operations across Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the company's business strategy, and managing a high-performance sales team. In addition, you will oversee our consulting team, which is divided into two parts: Industry Consulting and Partnerships, and our Deep Tech Consulting team. This position ideally will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales teams, ensure consistency in performance and client satisfaction.
- Consulting Oversight: Manage the consulting team, including Industry Consulting, Partnerships, and our Deep Tech Consulting team.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging segments to ensure NFQ stays ahead of the competition.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to set sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content production, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and regularly report on sales performance to senior management. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Strategic Influence: Help shape the company's long-term strategy based on your industry insights and experience, particularly regarding scaling operations and expanding into new markets.
- Mentorship & Development: Foster growth and development within your teams, providing mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
