Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced COO to lead and optimize end-to-end operations, covering manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, procurement and logistics. The role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, business growth, profitability and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall manufacturing and supply chain operations to achieve quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Translate business strategy into operational plans, KPIs and execution programs.
• Manage operational budget, costs, inventory and efficiency to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, ERP, digital transformation and automation.
• Build and develop a strong management team and succession pipeline.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, safety and business continuity.
• Advise the CEO/Board on operational performance, investment and business improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance or related fields; MBA/Master's is a plus.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in manufacturing operations, COO/CFO/CEO or similar roles.
• Strong experience in factory operations, business management and operational strategy.
• Experience in aquaculture feed, animal feed, livestock feed or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and system/operations management capabilities.
• Fluent English, preferably with experience in an international working environment.
