ASSOCIATE PLANNING MANAGER
Job SummaryWere seeking an Associate Planning Manager to lead the social approach development for a market-leading beer brand, turning consumer/channel insights into clear social narratives and executable plans. You will own a sub-category social plan end-to-end, drive annual innovation initiatives, and ensure rigorous campaign tracking and reporting.
Job Description
- Proven ability to develop and manage social channel plans, including independently owning and running a sub-category plan for a beer brand.
- Strong experience in social initiatives development, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose new approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to launch annual initiatives that enhance current social effectiveness and set the foundation for growth in the long term..
- Skilled in campaign management and tracking, with the ability to generate bi-weekly reviews and deliver precise, insightful monthly reports that support campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical mindset, capable of turning data into actionable insights for enhancing campaign performance.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across departments and ensure strategies are executed on time and in full (OTIF).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Advertising, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Branding & Data Intelligence; at least 1 year in team or people management.
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Social Media Planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex inputs into clear strategies.
- Fluent in English, demonstrated by IELTS 7.0+ or an equivalent test.
- Detail-oriented, respectful, and a humble listener with strong critical thinking.
- Passion for brand-building, digital culture, and social platforms.
- Familiarity with beer or FMCG categories is a strong plus.
