Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Finance Partners (BBF), and Management Accounting teams to monitor and control commercial expenses across domestic and international markets.
- Manage and monitor sales-related expenses, including Trade Promotion, Discounts, Salesforce, Trading Terms, Visibility, Innovation Projects, and other commercial activities.
- Perform monthly closing activities, reconcile financial records, and ensure accurate expense recognition and reporting.
- Review payment and reimbursement documents, validate supporting documents, and assess accounting impacts to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis, identify cost variances, and provide financial insights to support business performance.
- Develop and maintain centralized expense reports or dashboards, integrating financial and non-financial data for commercial analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, Rolling Forecasts (MUF), and Annual Plans (AP).
- Support ad hoc analysis, business case development, and Channel P&L analysis as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong background in AR Accounting (Accounts Receivable), with experience in financial reconciliation, expense monitoring, and month-end closing.
- Experience in financial data analysis, budget control, and variance analysis.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, and Business Finance.
- Good understanding of commercial expenses, sales operations, and trade promotion activities is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution companies is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
